Our Paleo 5 day meal plan consists of 5 breakfast, 5 lunches and 5 dinners of your choice. This includes the full menu, plus your additional meal choices for 2 days. Please note that we cannot accommodate substitutions of ingredients, but can substitute entire dish for another of equal value.

Breakfast

  • Sweet Potato, Apple & Pork Sausage Hash, Egg Over Easy
  • Roasted sweet potatoes, organic Granny Smith apples, pastured pork sausage, onions, herbs and spices, topped with a pasture-raised egg fried in coconut oil. (367 calories, 23 protein, 14g fat, 37g carbs)

  • Paleo Chocolate Chip Pancakes with Maple & Turkey Sausage
  • Fluffy organic coconut flour pancakes with Enjoy Life dark chocolate chips. Served with our house-made turkey sausage and organic maple syrup. (326 calories, 32g protein, 9g fat, 27g carbs)

  • Plantain Migas With Turkey Chorizo, Cilantro & Tomatoes
  • Organic turkey seasoned with our chorizo spice blend (chili powder, garlic, chipotle peppers, cinnamon and mineral salt), combined with organic eggs, bell peppers, red onion, garlic, cilantro, plantains, lime juice and spices.
