Our Paleo 3 day meal plan consists of a full 3-day menu, of 3 breakfasts, 3 lunches and 3 dinners. Please note that we cannot accommodate substitutions of ingredients, but can only substitute entire dish for another of equal value. 

Paleo Menu for the Week of August 1st, 2021

Breakfast

  • Paleo Sweet Potato, Apple & Pork Sausage Hash, Egg Over Easy
  • Roasted sweet potatoes, organic Granny Smith apples, pastured pork sausage, onions, herbs and spices, topped with a pasture-raised egg fried in coconut oil. (367 calories, 23 protein, 14g fat, 37g carbs)

  • Paleo Caramel Apple Pancakes, Maple Syrup, Turkey Sausage
  • Fluffy Paleo cinnamon pancakes made with organic coconut flour and topped with caramel apple compote. Served with our house-made turkey sausage and organic maple syrup. (326 calories, 32g protein, 9g fat, 27g carbs)

  • Paleo Beef and Veggie Breakfast Scramble with Sweet Potato Hash Browns
  • A hearty breakfast favorite: Grass-fed ground beef, sauteed with onion, garlic, baby spinach, mushrooms and zucchini combined with free range scrambled eggs. Served with oven baked sweet potato hash browns. (376 calories, 35g protein, 20g fat, 32g carbs)

    Lunch

  • Paleo Beef Burger with Almond Flour Bun, Grilled Onions, Bacon, Spinach & Chipotle Mayo
  • Grass-fed beef burger, topped with caramelized onions, crispy uncured bacon and chipotle mayo. Served on a bed of organic spinach with almond flour bun (396 calories, 37g protein, 24g fat, 8g carbs)

  • Paleo Chicken Tinga Tacos with Tomatillo Salsa
  • Organic shredded chicken simmered with smoky chipotle tinga sauce. Gluten-free cassava flour tortillas, organic cilantro and onions, tomatillo salsa. (368 calories, 36g protein, 12g fat, 29g carbs)

  • Paleo Barbecue Bacon Meatballs with Broccoli & Sweet Potato Fries
  • Hearty meatballs made with grass-fed beef, bacon, cauliflower and onion, simmered with  Paleo barbecue sauce. Served with roasted broccoli and baked sweet potato fries. (462 calories, 36g protein, 22g fat, 30g carbs)

    Dinner

  • Paleo Blackened Chicken with Cajun Cashew Alfredo & Spaghetti Squash

  • Our delicious cassava flour tortillas filled with tender diced pork simmered in our delicious salsa verde, topped with garlic cashew crema. Served with roasted yellow squash and cilantro lime rice. (489 calories, 36g protein, 25g fat, 30g carbs) 

  • Paleo Flank Steak with Broccoli Rice Casserole
  • Flank steak marinated with garlic and balsamic vinaigrette and grilled. Served with our delicious Paleo broccoli rice casserole made  with riced cauliflower, broccoli, mushrooms and coconut cashew cream. (498 calories, 38g protein, 26g fat, 28g carbs)
