Our Paleo 3 day meal plan consists of a full 3-day menu, of 3 breakfasts, 3 lunches and 3 dinners. Please note that we cannot accommodate substitutions of ingredients, but can only substitute entire dish for another of equal value. 

Paleo Menu for the Week of May 16th, 2021

Breakfast

  • Paleo Sweet Potato, Apple & Pork Sausage Hash, Egg Over Easy

  • Fluffy Paleo pancakes made with organic bananas, coconut flour and cinnamon. Served with our house-made turkey sausage and organic maple syrup. (326 calories, 32g protein, 9g fat, 27g carbs)

  • Paleo Beef and Veggie Breakfast Scramble with Sweet Potato Hash Browns
  • A hearty breakfast favorite: Grass-fed ground beef, sauteed with onion, garlic, baby spinach, mushrooms and zucchini combined with free range scrambled eggs.
