Our Paleo 3 day meal plan consists of a full 3-day menu, of 3 breakfasts, 3 lunches and 3 dinners. Please note that we cannot accommodate substitutions of ingredients, but can only substitute entire dish for another of equal value.

Breakfast

  • Sweet Potato, Apple & Pork Sausage Hash, Egg Over Easy
  • Roasted sweet potatoes, organic Granny Smith apples, pastured pork sausage, onions, herbs and spices, topped with a pasture-raised egg fried in coconut oil. (367 calories, 23 protein, 14g fat, 37g carbs)

  • Paleo Blueberry Pancakes, Maple Syrup & Turkey Sausage
  • Fluffy Paleo pancakes made with coconut flour and organic blueberries. Served with a side of our house-made turkey sausage and organic maple syrup. (326 calories, 32g protein, 9g fat, 27g carbs)

  • Denver Scramble with Roasted Herb Sweet Potatoes
  • Canadian bacon, bell peppers and red onion & organic eggs. Served with roasted herb sweet potatoes. (392 calories, 32g protein, 16g fat, 30g carbs)

    Lunch 

  • Paleo Beef Burger with Almond Bun, Grilled Onions, Bacon, Spinach & Chipotle Mayo
  • Grass-fed beef burger, topped with caramelized onions, crispy uncured bacon and chipotle mayo. Served on a bed of organic spinach with almond flour bun (396 calories, 37g protein, 24g fat, 8g carbs)

  • Paleo Chicken Tinga Tacos on Cassava Tortillas with Tomatillo Salsa
