Our Paleo 3 day meal plan consists of a full 3-day menu, of 3 breakfasts, 3 lunches and 3 dinners. Please note that we cannot accommodate substitutions of ingredients, but can only substitute entire dish for another of equal value. 

Paleo Menu for the Week of Sunday, April 5th, 2020

Breakfast

  • Sweet Potato, Apple & Pork Sausage Hash, Egg Over Easy
  • Roasted sweet potatoes, organic Granny Smith apples, pastured pork sausage, onions, herbs and spices, topped with a pasture-raised egg fried in coconut oil. (367 calories, 23 protein, 14g fat, 37g carbs)

  • Banana Chocolate Chunk Pancakes, Maple & Turkey Sausage
  • Fluffy Paleo pancakes made with coconut flour, dairy free dark chocolate chunks and organic bananas. Served with a side of our house-made turkey sausage and organic maple syrup. (326 calories, 32g protein, 9g fat, 27g carbs)

  • Paleo Beef and Veggie Breakfast Scramble with Sweet Potato Hash Browns
  • A hearty breakfast favorite: Grass-fed ground beef, sauteed with onion, garlic, baby spinach, mushrooms and zucchini combined with free range scrambled eggs. Served with oven baked sweet potato hash browns. (376 calories, 35g protein, 20g fat, 32g carbs)

    Lunch 

  • Paleo Beef Burger with Almond Bun, Grilled Onions, Bacon, Spinach & Chipotle Mayo
  • Grass-fed beef burger, topped with caramelized onions, crispy uncured bacon and chipotle mayo. Served on a bed of organic spinach with almond flour bun (396 calories, 37g protein, 24g fat, 8g carbs)

  • Spicy Korean Pork Tacos with Red Cabbage, Carrots & Sriracha Mayo
  • Spicy and sweet Korean inspired pastured pork, cassava flour tortilla, jalapenos, green onions, organic cabbage, carrots and cilantro. Served with Sriracha mayo. (368 calories, 36g protein, 12g fat, 29g carbs)

  • Spicy Buffalo Chicken Stuffed Sweet Potato, Uncured Bacon, Green Onions
  • Roasted organic chicken simmered with spicy buffalo sauce stuffed into a baked sweet potato. Topped with organic green onions and crispy uncured bacon. (372 calories, 36g protein, 12g fat, 30g carbs)

    Dinner

  • Organic Turkey Bolognese with Carrots, Celery and Uncured Bacon, Roasted Spaghetti Squash

  • Chicken Tikka Masala with Sweet Potato Aloo Gobi
  • Chunks of organic chicken breast simmered with garam masala, coconut yogurt, ground almonds, lemon juice and spices.
