Our Paleo 5 day meal plan consists of 5 breakfast, 5 lunches and 5 dinners of your choice. This includes the full menu, plus your additional meal choices for 2 days. Please note that we cannot accommodate substitutions of ingredients, but can substitute entire dish for another of equal value.

Breakfast

  • Paleo Sweet Potato, Apple & Pork Sausage Hash, Egg Over Easy

  • Paleo Caramel Apple Pancakes, Maple Syrup, Turkey Sausage
  • Fluffy Paleo cinnamon pancakes made with organic coconut flour and topped with caramel apple compote. Served with our house-made turkey sausage and organic maple syrup. (326 calories, 32g protein, 9g fat, 27g carbs)

  • Paleo Country Scramble with Sweet Potato Hash Browns
  • Pork breakfast sausage, diced ham, bell pepper, mushrooms, spinach and green onion scrambled with organic eggs. Served with baked sweet potato hash browns. (392 calories, 32g protein, 16g fat, 30g carbs)

  • Paleo Beef Burger with Almond Flour Bun, Grilled Onions, Bacon, Spinach & Chipotle Mayo
