  • Cuban Cauliflower Rice Bowl with Sweet Plantains & Tomatillo Salsa
  • Mojo marinated mushrooms, grilled red onions and cilantro over our lower carb version of “Arroz Moro”, a mixture of sauteed cauliflower rice with blackbeans and bell peppers.
