  • Jackfruit Tinga Enchiladas with Garlic Cashew Crema, Roasted Carrots & Refried Chickpeas
  • Cassava flour tortillas filled with young jackfruit topped with our spicy tinga sauce, roasted garlic cashew crema and cilantro. Served with refried chickpeas and cumin roasted carrots. (400 calories, 16g protein, 11g fat, 74g carbs, 14g fiber)

  • Blackened Veggie Cutlet with Creamy Cajun Spaghetti Squash & Green Onions
